About Me

Hi, I’m Jeff, a Christian Mental Health Coach with a heart for guiding individuals toward emotional wellness and spiritual growth. I'm also a follower of Jesus, a Husband, a Dad, a Pop to the sweetest little granddaughter, and a nurse educator.

With over two decades of pastoral ministry experience serving all ages, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others navigate life’s challenges through faith and practical support.

Since 2017, I’ve been coaching with Mind & Soul Care, combining my extensive mental healthcare, hospice, and ministry background to provide personalized, faith-based guidance. I hold a Master’s degree focused in Biblical counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and have completed extensive graduate training in mental health nursing. My nursing career, which began in 2008, spans diverse settings, giving me a deep understanding of emotional and mental health needs. True healing comes when the mind, body, and spirit work in harmony. 

My coaching approach integrates Christian values with practical strategies, helping you overcome stress, grief, and uncertainty while fostering resilience and spiritual growth.  I specialize in coaching folks through general life challenges, end-of-life decisions and care, and transitions from full-time ministry to different careers.

When I’m not coaching, you'll find me hanging with my wife, traveling to see our five and the grandbaby, eating Mexican food, or binge-watching some Netflix.
